Vacation Rental Owner Resources

Owning vacation homes is a wonderful way to ensure our family has wonderful places to get away from work and everyday life to enjoy and relax. It also creates income for our family because when we are not using our properties, visitors are using them year round. It took a couple of years to really figure out how to run short term rentals, what materials to use and what staff we needed, but now we love them! Currently our Short Term Rentals are all located in Ohio & Kentucky, but I anticipate that list to grow soon.

Before choosing an area, you will want to contact the city/county to confirm if they have any rules concerning or banning STR's so you know if your location is plausable.
